I’m Not Dead

At least, I’m pretty sure I’m still kicking. LOL  Yes, I’ve been gone, and FAR too long!

I'm Not Dead, www.shesmovingmountains.com

Over the last couple of months I’ve been dealing with just absolutely debilitating migraines…..daily.  I’ve had a few good days here and there, where I was able to catch up housework and even put some flowers in my front planters.  Not much else has been done for almost 3 months.

I am happy to report that things seem to be improving, albeit much more slowly than I had hoped.  I’ve been seeing the chiropractor (he’s a God send) and I got a new pillow.  It seems to be an issue with my neck and shoulder that’s causing them.  Each week is a little better than the last, and the headaches seem to be only in the afternoon/evening.  I’m only waking up with a headache in the morning about once a week now.  So, I’m happy to be feeling better!

I’d thought I was past it all after a couple good days here and there, but I’m content to push through until I can feel better full time again!

In the meantime, I’m still going to have to put in my garden and do my (now way behind schedule) spring cleaning.  I’m actually looking forward to both of them.  We’re in the process of a massive decluttering campaign around here.  Getting rid of stuff always helps me feel better, like I can think and function better with less stuff.  My garden is growing grass….sigh.  I worked so hard to get rid of it all last year and now I’ve got to start it all over again this year.  I’m mulching it this time.  I HATE weeding with a passion, but I love gardening so much that I do what I have to do.

I feel like I have so much to tell you guys because so many things have happened, and I have so much going on, but I guess that will give me lots of things to write about in the coming weeks!

So please, fill me in, what are you all doing this time of the year both at home and outside?
